Rooibos Tea

Many studies, several published by the National Library of Medicine suggests that those who consume rooibos are less likely to suffer from cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Recently a study published by the National Library of Medicine concluded that rooibos is successful at suppressing the proliferation of cancer cells in those suffering from prostate cancer where chemotherapy and castration of the cancer cells had failed(1)
