Mulling Spice
The magical combination of these stimulating seasonal spices and warm apple cider will transform any gathering into a truly memorable event! Try spicing other juices such as cranberry, peach nectar or any other of your personal favorites. Add of dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of nutmeg to create a light, but festive dessert. Mulled Wine or Glühwein is a warm winter German version of sangria that tastes like the holidays. Start a new family traditional by adding our mulling spices to your favorite red wine.
Ingredients: cinnamon, orange peel, cloves & natural flavor.
Brewing a single serving:
- Drop a bag of mulling spices into a cup of the holiday beverage of your choosing. [i.e., cider, wine, cranberry juice, etc.]
- Allow mixture to simmer for at least 5 minutes.
- When mulled to your liking, remove the spices.
- Serve, sip, and enjoy your mulled beverage.
Brewing for a crowd:
- Add 8 spice bags to a 1/2 gallon of the holiday beverage of your choosing. [i.e., cider, wine, cranberry juice, etc.]
- Allow mixture to simmer for at least 5 minutes.
- When mulled to your liking, remove the spices.
- Serve, sip and enjoy your mulled beverage.
