Green tea, yerba mate and guayusa are well known for their caffeine content and stimulating properties which can help reverse lethargy and sluggishness.
Ashwagandha can be compared to ginseng, and is known for its restorative effects on fatigue and concentration.
Gotu kola contains no caffeine, but is known to decrease anxiety and soothe one's emotional state.
Combined with cooling spearmint and refreshing licorice, this blend is meant to provide total rejuvenation.
Ingredients: yerba mate leaf, green tea leaf, ashwagandha root, guayusa leaf, spearmint leaf, gotu kola leaf, licorice root & natural flavor.
