English tea drinkers tell us that Green Rooibos tastes the most like traditional green tea. Tests have shown Green Rooibos Tea is up to two times richer in flavonoids and antioxidants than Red Rooibos and is made by stopping the natural fermentation and oxidation process. This is accomplished by immediately steaming or heating the leaves and stems shortly after they are cut, this stops oxidation process. The rooibos steams and leave are then rolled and dried. The resulting tea is a delicate, aromatic tea with a heartier herbal taste. It is lighter in color than traditional red bush tea.

Great tea
I’ve been drinking this tea for about 10 yrs now. I used to get a bad headache and a migraine. Since I started drinking it, I don’t get the headache and migraines anymore. It has a mild flavor easy to drink.

Green Rooibos tea bags
I have been drinking this tea for over 15 years. Both hot and iced. I believe the antioxidant properties are beneficial. I haven’t had so much as even a cold. I never got Covid either! Even though I was exposed several times. Amazingly, when my daughter was a nursing mother, her milk production was diminishing. I suggested she drink this tea and her milk actually came back in! I like to mix it with sleepy time tea at night and peach and mint for brewed iced tea in the Summer. I like it better than Red Rooibos. It’s much milder. I highly recommend this tea, as well as daily supplements, for overall health.
